NexRev's Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacement Program is introduced, and successfully begins with several major retailers on multiple site rollout projects.

NexRev's Proactive Portfolio Management (PPM) program begins delivering operational cost savings for multiple national retailers, through efficient facility management and operation by NexRev's Network Operating Center (NOC).

DrivePak installations exceed 40,000.

 

2016  

NexRev expands operations into international markets, the Authorized Dealer Network is launched and Proactive Portfolio Management (PPM) is brought to the vanguard of the NexRev offering.

 

2014  

NexRev celebrates 20-year Anniversary on July 22, 2014; NexRev installs 25,000 DrivePak units

 

2012  

Headquarters expands to 45,000 SF to house growing operations, NexRev Training Center, NexRev Lab and retail capability. 350 Freedom systems installed. 10,000 DrivePak installed.

 

2011  

Freedom Express open energy management system is developed for small to medium-box multisite facilities.

 

2010  

New 20,000 SF headquarters is established in Plano, Texas, to house all operations, research and development, and fleet. 1,000 DrivePak installed.

 

2009  

Freedom open energy management system is introduced for large-box multisite facilities.

 

2008  

DrivePak variable frequency drive technology is introduced for packaged rooftop A/C units.

 

2007  

Product manufacturing is added, and energy product development begins.

 

2004  

HVAC Test and Balance division is established to enhance services to national customer base.

 

2003  

Company tightens focus on national retail and entertainment sectors.

 

1999  

Name changed to NexRev. Begins serving national technology companies.

 

1994  

Kenneth Smith founds the company to focus on energy management and control systems installation in regional commercial, educational, medical, high-tech, and governmental facilities.
